Price

The prices indicated in this catalog are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), nets, VAT included and guaranteed. Articles benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer in force at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as indicated on the support document (invoice) that we recommend that you keep carefully. Are not covered by the warranty: damage resulting from poor interview, non-compliance with instructions for use, or normal wear.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is zero in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply times on the part of our suppliers, insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to MaTenteDeToit.ch. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms

Accepted payment methods:

  • A 20% deposit is required when ordering a roof tent.
  • The balance must be paid when removing the accessory.
  • Cash payment during delivery to our premises.
  • Payment on invoice, to be paid before sending in the event of delivery by post.
  • Online payment.
  • Payment via Heidipay.

Delivery and transport

The sending of available items is made by post within 5 to 10 working days. A participation in delivery costs will be requested only once per order. Note: MaTenteDeToit.ch Do not deliver his packages in the postal box and do not deliver any goods to a minor or under supervision, unless written authorization of parents or tutor.

Order cancellation conditions

1. Object

These cancellation conditions govern the terms and conditions of cancellation of any order placed with MaTenteDeToit.ch (hereinafter "the company").

2. Cancellation notification

Any cancellation request must be communicated in writing to the company. The notification must be sent by email to contact@matentedetoit.ch or by registered mail at the following address: MaTenteDeToit.ch, Route de Gland 4, 1268 Begnins.

3. Cancellation time

The order cancellation requests must be received by the company no later than 14 days after the date of confirmation of the order. Any cancellation request received after this period will be accepted, but will result in the loss of the 20% deposit initially paid.

If an order is canceled, CHF 200.- file fees will be applied. These costs are non -refundable and will be deducted from the total amount reimbursed to the Customer.

5. Refund

If the request for cancellation is received within the deadlines of 14 days, the company will reimburse the customer the amount of the order, the less the fees of CHF 200.-. The refund will be made within 5 working days from receipt of the cancellation request.

6. Case of force majeure

In the event of force majeure (as defined by law), the company reserves the right to modify the cancellation conditions. The customer will be informed of any timely modification.

7. Acceptance of conditions

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these cancellation conditions without reservation. The company reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, subject to informing the customers concerned.

Return or exchange of goods

The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels with their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 14 days after receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are your responsibility. Return costs can be billed up to 20% of the price of the item, especially if the items are subject to a special order. Please contact us before any return of goods.

Legal guarantees

Please check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude vices of manifest matter and manufacturing, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to point out to us any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to allow us to remedy it. The legal warranty is 2 years from receipt of the goods.

Data protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.

Applicable and legal law

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be processed by the Nyon district court.
